Rowena has extensive experience of developing and evaluating conservation and environmental social marketing and SBCC programmes. After completion of her D.Phil (PhD) from the University of Oxford in 2006, she was part of the original team that set up the National Social Marketing Centre in London where she lead the Research and Evaluation team. Since 2009, she has focused on international work for development and UN agencies conducting formative research to inform the development of behaviour change strategies, creating SBCC materials and interventions, and conducting impact, process and economic evaluations for programmes.
