The Health Communication Capacity Collaborative (HC3) is a five-year, global project funded by USAID. It is designed to strengthen developing country capacity to implement state-of-the-art social and behavior change communication (SBCC) programs.

HC3 produces Implementation Kits or I-Kits, which provide step-by-step approaches to integrate SBCC strategies into programs.

Implementation kits in the areas of gender, demand generation for RMNCH (in English and French), resource mobilization, urban adolescent SRH (in English and French), supporting breastfeeding interventions for faith-based organizations, Ebola preparedness and designing a social and behavior change communication strategy can be found here.
